THE ZOMBIE
1.5 oz 12-year rum (Appleton Estate 12)
1 oz gold rum (Hamilton Jamaican Gold)
.5 oz light rum (Plantation 3 Stars)
1 oz 151 rum (Lemon Hart or Hamilton)
1 oz Lime Juice
1 oz Donn’s Mix (equal parts cinnamon syrup and grapefruit juice)
1 oz Falernum
Dash (real pomegranate) Grenadine
Dash Herbstura (equal parts Herbsaint and Angostura Bitters)
shake with crushed ice, flash blend for +/- 3 seconds, pour unstrained into tall tiki mug or collins glass. Fill with crushed ice, garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig
